Maria Kelly Stevens has been affiliated with
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties since the inception of
her real estate career. She has a background in both
marketing and professional theatre.

During her 30 years as a Realtor, she has consistently
been a top producer and has been awarded Leading
Edge Society, President’s circle, Winner’s
Circle, and Chairman's Circle. She has been named a Luxury Homes Director. She has been in  the top 1%nationwide. Maria has worked extensively with builders and new construction, and luxury properties.  She was presented the "Legend Award" at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties Affiliate's National Conference.  Additionally, she has been recognized by the Greenwich Board of Realtors for her 25 years of membership.

Most recently, Maria managed the Darien office of Berkshire Hathaway, and is now back in full-time sales at the Greenwich Office.   Additionally, Maria leads a group of agents that work together as a team...."The Luxury Group".

She moved to Greenwich in 1981 after a career in theatre and dance.  She has raised her family in Greenwich and her children have attended both private and
public schools in Greenwich.  Presently, her 2 sons are married and reside in Old Greenwich with their families.  Her daughter is a graduate student at NYU pursuing her Master's in Music Therapy.

Her community involvement has included public
relations for the YWCA, The Kid’s In Crisis
Organization, Children's National Cancer Foundation, the United Way, Neighbor to Neighbor, and the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to founding the St. Catherine's Players, she has choreographed/directed for many
local theatre groups and schools. She was the Executive Producer/Director for Greenwich Has Got Talent.  She has been on the Board of Directors and the Advisory Board for The Greenwich Arts Council.

 Maria presently serves on the Board of Directors for Neighbor to Neighbor.
